I recall hearing the blowup over Obama not putting his hand over his heart for the National Anthem.
Funny thing is, you aren't *supposed* to, like the pledge. The US Military is supposed to salute during the Anthem, but there are restrictions on that as well.
But a civilian? It's proper etiquitte to take your hat off for it and stay off of your cell phone.
and I love that the way to dispose of the American Flag is to burn it instead of dumping them in the trash dumpsters. (so why do people get upset for burning the flag? they are stupid.)
